Change the Physical Environment
By leaving our own neighborhoods, even for a little while, we see other environments. We see the power of the ocean, the beauty of a sail, the fragile wetlands, and most importantly, we see that we are part of a greater whole. We also see our responsibility to that whole.

Change What is Possible
By seeing our world through a different lens, we see that we have choices and the choices are ours to make. We can visualize being teachers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, police officers, and firefighters. It's up to us!

Change Possibility into Reality
By realizing that it is up to us to make a difference in our own lives, we also see that help is available to us - help in the form of mentors, teachers, community leaders, and sponsors. We are part of the community, and that community is therefore part of us.

Change the Community
By seeing our part in the whole, we change the whole. The community - Oak View Elementary School, its teachers, parents and public officials - will all be changed by our commitment.
